Family Session

$350 includes:

1 hour session

  • Location of choice within 15 mile radius of Carmel, IN
  • Editing time for color and image corrections
  • Creation of personal photo gallery for viewing, sharing & downloading
  • Digital download via personal gallery of approximately 60-100 high resolution images*
  • Print release allowing you to print all edited high resolution images as you wish
  • Additional skin retouching starts at $5 per image
  • A $100 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking*
  • Remaining amount is due the day of scheduled session
  • Family group sizes larger than 5 will have a $15/person charge added to base price
  • Large extended family sessions will have a custom quote sent upon request
  • Family pets are allowed if not a known aggressive breed*

Important Notes:

* These prices and specifications listed above are subject to change without notice at any time.

* Retainer fee reserves your session date and time. This amount will be applied to your total session fee. Retainer fees and session fees are non-negotaible and non-refundable.

* High Resolution JPEG images will be provided in your gallery. RAW format files are not included, or available for purchase at any time.

*Typical timing to receive your gallery is 2-3 weeks from your session date, unless otherwise stated. If a holiday falls shortly after your session, I will be in touch with regarding gallery turn around time.

*Dogs of a known aggressive breed or mix are not permitted during our photo session. If your dog is not a known aggressive breed and you decide to bring your dog, please have the dog attached to a leash at all times. Bring along their favorite treat, toy and water if needed.

* Downloading your images from your gallery within 10 days is important to make room for new galleries. If you do not download your images within the 10 days, there will be a $25 upload fee, payable by Chase Quick Pay to heatherstewartphoto@gmail.com.
